2 The employee shall serve the Company honestly, efficiently, competently, diligently, faithfully, loyally, responsibly and at all times seek to promote the best interests of the Company as well as maintain the ethics, reputation, standing and good will of the Company. These standards shall also apply to the Clients, Customers, Candidates and employees of the Company.

3 The employee shall deal honestly with the Company`s and Client`s property and shall respect and look after same.
3.1 Willful or malicious damage to or sabotage of company/client materials, equipment, possessions or property DH

4 The employee shall seek further sound relations with fellow employees, subordinates, superiors of whatsoever race, gender, religion or politics. This shall furthermore include the treating of clients, customers, and candidates with respect and with patience and courtesy
4.1 Rudeness, insolence, impertinence towards, or neglect of, or insulting of clients, candidates, employees FWW/DH DH
