This is the Policies and Procedures Manual (PPM) for 3iSolutions.

This manual will present step-by-step instructions and details pertaining to the relevant documentation required and completion thereof to contribute to a “hassle-free” employment.

Once you have read this manual, you will have a clear understanding of the policies and procedures initiated within your employment and you will appreciate the benefits of complying with the manual, including:

  • Prompt payment of salaries and claims on the prescribed dates.
  • Accurate payment of salaries and claims.
  • Optimised performance.

The PPM is based very closely on best labour practises (www.labourguide.co.za) and as the company started in 2003, the policies and procedures are well tested in the courts and are deemed fair in law and principle. The PPM is a “living” document and updates will be communicated to you online from time-to-time. Please ensure that you remain up-to-date.
